 Q1.Can you see dolphins??

You can't see it absolutely. (Since it is a wild dolphin, we do not feed it.) Since we live in the "Hayasaki Strait" that spreads out in front of Kuchinotsu Port, we can meet with high probability throughout the year.


 Q2.How long is the boarding time? Does the ship have a toilet??

60-80 minutes
The ship has a toilet. However, since it shakes narrowly, please wash your hands before boarding.


 Q3.How long have dolphins been on the road??

Since dolphins move all the time, the point at which they are located changes each time. It is often about 15 minutes after departure.


 Q4.When is the best season for dolphin watching? Also, the recommended time is?

You can see dolphins throughout the year, but the encounter rate is high from June to August. Also, in October and November, the range of activities of dolphins becomes wider and they tend to go to distant places. Therefore, the encounter rate is lower than in other months. Dolphins are constantly moving and will change from time to time. Since it is a wild dolphin, the number, place, and behavior of dolphins that can be seen are different each time. In addition, natural phenomena including the height of the waves and the weather of the day are also involved. I don't know until I go.

It cannot be fed because it may destroy the ecosystem.

Yes, you can see it.
For dolphins living in the sea, the weather doesn't matter.

Dolphins live in the Hayasaki Strait, so you can see them all year round. The sea in winter can get very cold, so be sure to take measures against the cold. (Example: down jacket, knit hat, neck warmer, gloves, etc.)

On days when the sea is calm, few people get seasick. There are individual differences, so if you are worried, please take anti-sickness medicine in advance. * Due to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, we do not sell it at our shop.

We will depart from 2 adults.


 Q10.How many minutes before departure should I come??

Please come to the store 20 minutes before departure and complete the reception. * There will be an explanation of dolphins 10 minutes before departure. If you cannot make it in time, please contact us.


 Q11.Is there an age limit for dolphin watching??

There is no age limit.
Children from 0 years old can board the ship. If you carry your child, be sure to bring a carrying strap for your safety. * However, in bad weather such as when the waves are high, small children may be refused for safety reasons. Please note that you cannot put a stroller on the ship again.


 Q12.Is it possible to board with a pet??

It is not possible because it is a shared operation.
Pets can be kept at the office or stayed in the car. (* A gauge is always required when keeping your luggage at the office.) If you wish to board with your pet, we will guide you to a chartered ship, so please call us once.

 Q1.Do I need an appointment? In that case, how many days in advance is possible?

A reservation is required when boarding the ship. If it is free, it is possible even on the day. Please make a reservation by phone or online. * Online reservation: Until 8:00 in the morning of the day Please make a reservation by phone after 8:00 on the morning of the day. However, since the ship has a capacity, reservations cannot be made when the boat is full. Please be sure to make reservations for weekends, holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays as soon as possible.


 Q2.I haven't received an automatic reply email immediately after making a reservation using the reservation form.

It may have been sorted to the junk folder. Please check the folder once. If you do not receive the email, please call us during business hours. TEL: 0957-75-1515 (8: 30-16: 00) Reasons for not receiving the e-mail include improper input of the e-mail address and some troubles such as the line.


 Q3.When entering on the reservation form, I cannot enter the number of people I want to reserve.

This is because there is an upper limit to the number of reservations.
When the seats are almost full, it may not be possible to enter the number of people for everyone. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make a reservation at a different date and time.


 Q4.I want to make a reservation for 20 or more people, but I can only enter up to 19 people on the reservation form.

 Q5.I made a reservation online, how can I change the date and time??

We accept changes over the phone.


 Q6.Is there a cancellation fee?

Online reservations will be made from 15:00 the day before the reservation date.
If you contact us by 15:00 the day before, there will be no cancellation fee.
After that, it will take 100%.
Telephone reservations will be made 100% from 1 hour before the departure time on the day.
For groups of 20 or more, it will occur 10 days in advance.


 Q7.I'd like to make two reservations just in case I couldn't make a reservation.

Please note that if double reservations are discovered, both will be cancelled.

When the waves are high, the wind is strong, or the visibility is poor.

 Q2.When will you be notified of the cancellation?

The final decision will be made one hour before the departure time.
After that, we will contact the mobile phone for customers who have made a reservation. In addition, if the sea conditions change suddenly, it may be canceled immediately before departure for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding in advance.


 Q3.I made a reservation by online payment, but what is the refund method when the flight is canceled?

Please be assured that no cancellation fee will be charged if the flight is canceled due to bad weather. If the flight is canceled, we will cancel the contacted customer. After the cancellation process, you will receive an email, so please check it. * However, depending on the closing date of the credit card company you are using, it will be refunded once it is withdrawn. Please note that there may be cases. For more information, please contact your credit card company.



About facilities

 Q1.Is there a parking lot? Is there a charge?

Please use the parking lot of the Kuchinotsu Port Terminal Building.
(Approximately 50 cars can be parked, and there is a parking lot for large buses.)
Parking is free.


 Q2.Can you keep my carry bag and large luggage?

Yes, you can leave it at the reception.
There is also a coin locker (charged) in the facility, so please use it. Please be sure to bring your valuables with you.


 Q3.Is there a toilet in the facility where you can change diapers?

Yes, it's in the ladies' room.
There is no nursing room, but there is a multipurpose restroom, so please use it.
